After living and working in San Francisco and New York, and currently in Virginia and Maui, Hawaii, we have been approached by friends to create websites for their small businesses. We launched Three Words Design to combine our expertise and exercise a creative collaboration.

Alma Tassi got her start in marketing at Yahoo! Internet Life and Travel + Leisure magazines, then moved on to become an editor at Inner Ocean Publishing, a small book publisher on Maui. An avid learner, she has studied graphic design, advertising, and all things related to the Internet. She balances a business mindset with an artistic vision in everything that she does.

Cara Will studied graphic design in San Francisco during the early days of the web. She has worked in small design studios and in design and interactive departments of larger agencies. In New York she taught interactive design and then changed her teaching focus to educating children. Her passion lies in the collaboration of new ideas.
